Force Development. ARGO was founded in Vienna in 1996 and is globally active with its 18 ARGOnauts. Selected partners in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, China, the US, and elsewhere support our work in international projects.
ARGO develops programs and tools in such areas as Leadership & Change Management, Agile Leadership & Resilience, Support & Personality, Empowerment & Feedback, Critical conversations & Conflict, Presentation & Sales, and Communication & Lateral Cooperation.
ARGO supports organizations to change in areas of corporate culture, vision & mission, team development, sales empowerment, and operational excellence, as well as in talent management and other HR processes.
The range of methods of the ARGOnauts includes analysis, consulting, training and coaching.
